This class will cover a variety of Kim's favourite salad dressings and the meals to perfectly pair with them. The night will conclude with a meal together and a glass of wine. Classes are two hours long and $120. Price includes the class as well as a sit down meal with the Kim. Bookings must be made through the Port Albert Cafe and Wine Bar.
